We are just south of the Thomas O’Brien Locks where boaters have easy access to Lake Michigan, as well as freshwater moorage with many dock options.
Our marina has a spacious 48,000 square ft, pre-cast indoor heated storage building with racks and hundreds of outdoor storage spaces –
and we’re developing the property to include even more storage space!

Our expert crew pulls each vessel out from the river, power-washes the hull, and places it in a dedicated storage location.
Throughout our entire property, we have 24/7 state-of-the-art security surveillance camera system. Your boat is always safe with us!
If you’re utilizing our heated indoor storage space, your boat will be covered with plastic for extra protection.
Calumet has five working wells and individual travel lifts, including the largest lift on the south side of Lake Michigan with a 75 metric ton/165 metric lbs capacity!
Demand for space and service is very high, so please select and complete the relevant form below. We typically sell out each season but we do maintain a waiting list.

📍 We also offer the opportunity to request outside storage in certain preferred areas (additional fees apply). 📍 We also offer storage container rentals and other storage options for supplies, equipment, vehicles, and more. 📍 In the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day), we offer wet slips for both seasonal and transient boaters. |

*Winter storage requires a $500 or 25% (of the total) deposit (whichever is greater) at the time of signing the agreement. Full payment of the balance is due on or before September 1. **Payment plans are available for the unpaid balance. [The payment plan is the amount of the unpaid balance x 1.18% div by 7 months = monthly payment]. This monthly payment will need to be processed on a credit or debit card or ACH and requires a payment form to be completed and signed. |
