Captain Delivery
Save Time – We Deliver!
Let one of Chicago Yacht Works’ preferred, licensed, and insured USCG professional Captains deliver your boat safely to its summer slip – no need to take time off work or deal with unpredictable spring weather. We’ll top off your fuel and water tanks, ensuring your boat is ready to enjoy immediately upon your arrival.
Need delivery to a private slip, Indiana or Michigan? We handle those requests, too!
The Process
We will bring your boat from its slip to the CYW yard for storage and also from the CYW yard back to your slip in the Spring as soon as weather permits. You’ll provide us with the location of the keys on board for the captain. Once the captain arrives at the dock, the following takes place:
- Schedule your departure with our office by clicking here
- Schedule Captain Delivery below* (we will coordinate times if there is a conflict)
- You receive a photo showing your boat is safely delivered
*Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Pricing by Location
From Ashland Location
- $450 to all Chicago Harbors (Non-flybridge vessels under 36′)
- $550 to all Chicago Harbors (Flybridge vessels or vessels over 36′ – includes required deckhand)
From Calumet Location
- $550 to all Chicago Harbors (Non-flybridge vessels under 36′)
- $650 to all Chicago Harbors (Flybridge vessels or vessels over 36′ – includes required deckhand)
